All this is funny till you consider the purpose behind it is politics.
This is obviously a created social issue.Something to get the suburbanites worked up,Give them the feeling that elected/appointed officals are doing their job.
In the meantime the public is fed a misconception about knives( is enforced vegetarianism looming on the horizon?),and the police are actually wasting time chasing nonsense like this tacky wannabe weapon around.
