After watching the video I remember this being discussed in the general forum under the title "Rex Kwon Do".

Al Abidin is the man! I mean he must be related to the Ancient Egyptians because I haven't seen too many light haired, light skinned ones in the modern variety. Unless they are hiding behind those dog head mask thingys. I remember years ago we were brainstorming to come up with something with sizzle we could do and get new students with. Everything was done, from South Pacific Island styles, Maoris, Stav the Vikings and some African styles. I suggested we invent, er I mean discover an ancient Indigenous Fighting Art but all we could think of was hitting each other with empty beer bottles...

Thank God they were empty bottles!! Just think of the wasted beer potential! Or could that be another new "undiscovered" art? Beer Kune Do!
