Russian epeeist won a knife tournament?
« on: June 05, 2006, 02:50:08 PM »

OK I realize this is old news, but I'm simply trying to find out some details regarding a knife tournament that was held several years ago.  It was hosted by John Perretti (founder of Extreme Fighting Battlecade), and, despite most of the contestants being FMA practitioners being present, the tournament was apparently won by an Olympic-level Russian epeeist.

Can anyone confirm this?

If so, who was the epeeist, and who were his opponents?

Thanks in advance...
