Winning Back Lost Students

React Quickly and Positivly to students needs to reduce vunerabilty to defections
Gain feedback from defectors to know how to get their business back and prevent others from leaving. In the end its more valuable to students who still exist rather than the one leaving
Put together a special offer that addresses why person left in the first place.
Research the students current situation, create a better offer to take advantage of better changes
Set up a meeting to talk with the defector, you would be surprised by having lunch with the student how that could fix things
