Just got a chance to view Nick's vids 2 - 5 (6 is today).
One thing to say -
OUTSTANDINGNick is articulate, serious and straight to the point. No fluff, people. Nothing we haven't seen before BUT his intelligent explanations and reasoning make the DVDs a MUST have for all SFC members libraries.
There is so much (using Nick's eloquent terminiology

) shite out there that is refreshing to watch material where the instructor can talk in a complete sentence without using You Guys, You Know, Uh, Now! and other words that get in the way of the instruction because the person can't speak properly or is unprepared. Nick gives situations and then addresses them in a systematic and intelligent manner. Mainly centered around military situations but also addressing civilian, bodyguard, police and security scenarios as well. His assistants are tough and well trained. Nicks demostrations bely his depth and width of skill while at the same time not deviating from his topic with unrelated fluff.
I also like his brilliant tie-ins with the traditional martial arts and his knowledge of its history (particularly the Judo segment and the rifle applications). For the many of us who come from the old school, Nick shows the fallacies and facts of the modern applications of Traditional Martial Arts. The multiple attacker section is a vindication of TMA as a legitimate modern training system. the problem is finding one such as Nick to explain the usage.
Well done, Nick!
