Very interesting!!  There is a Chinese quote that says, "There are no new techniques only forgotten ones".  Or something along those lines.  Interesting how they compare it to Zulu stick methods.  But, it could be similar to any other method, the body can only move so many ways and there are only so many ways you can utilize a stick. I also remember Hock saying something about all combat methods are written in hyroglyphics on pyramid walls.  LOL!!  Good post!!
