police officer killed in the line of duty
« on: June 13, 2007, 03:46:36 PM »

hi everyone. it is a sad day here in kentucky a police chief named randy lacy was shot and killed about 11.30 this morning. he had pulled over a drunk driver. i dont know if he cuffed his hands in front of him or if he searched him or not. but on the way to jail the suspect shot the officer in the head and killed him. so please would everyone say a prayer for chief lacys family and friends? and remember god is good all the time.

Hello from Kuwait-I receive PoliceLink and it had the story of the shooting-terrible incident-one of the things brought out is the town was undermanned-i think only 2 police officers for the town-this is in the middle of a high drug culture-just another problem that police face today-lack of state and federal funds to hire/train/and equip the front line of defense-for you that have  not driven through this part of the USA-it might look pretty but under the surface it is dangerous-just knowing self defense is not going to help-the good guys are undermanned and need help-it appears that this country is  going to  have to regroup or we will be run over-my condolences to the family-ari the whitewolf from kuwait..
