The July CQC Dispatches mentioned the Howling Commandos "club," needing to contact me with my new email so I can get them on the Howling Commando list.

It is a joke. It is my own nickname for the pack of yahoos like Barnhart and Laun and Miller, etal. that email me a lot.
Other people call it...an address book. That is just too bland for me.
