Police Shootings etc
« on: July 20, 2007, 10:25:18 PM »

Following Hocks' latest blog about the criminals practicing their shooting and the incrase in shootings, it saddens me to reprot we lost a Queensland police officer last week; shot while executing a Warrant.  The only positive thing to come out of all this is that the Courts will not have to waste public funds and their time prosecuting the shooter.  He died of his wounds in hospital a few days later.  Of course the officer had a family, now sadly without their husband, father and main income provider.  The shooter was, by all accounts, the usual piece of societal dross. Just for the record, the gun he used was not a licensed, legal firearm.  They rarely are, are they not?  Redcap.
