Low light firearms tool (that works)

I finally got my URD, I saw one a while back but didn't know what it was. I then saw a review for it in a Police magazine. Simple and very effective. Check out the link below:

It looks very simple - maybe it is a good solution. I don't know.

Is this kind of stuff allowed in the states or only for special forcs? In Germany it is not allowed.

To carry a flashlight is not the problem  ;D

It is not allowed to mountl your flashlight on any kind of gun, rifle...

This dosn't mount the light to the weapon. It keeps the light next to the weapon attached to your finger and the flashlight.
