We've decided to implement some front end software in order to take care of our attendence and other areas such as test promotions and the like (inventory, etc...)

Has anyone else used such software?  What type and in what ways?  We'd be highly interested in opinions and experiences...

I used MAS once. Poor customer service at least at the time 3 yrs ago.

Here it is! You give the student a photo id card and they swipe their attendance in.
It works great from what I hear.

Martial Arts Organizer is the program I've been using for the past year and I'm satisfied with it's capabilities so far.  I've not used it for student attendance with an I.D. card yet, but it's set up to handle it.  If your wanting to, you can also set up a cash drawer/receipt printer for point of sale and inventory tracking.

I use it for maintaining student info, tuition tracking and invoicing, holding prospecting data and generating phone or mailing lists, etc....
