Train Like A Madman! 3

Here we go.
I just went back and revisited this one.

10 - 1 minute rounds Heavybag ( Must go all out. Leave it on the bag)
15-30 second rest between rounds

25 - Jab/Cross/Jab combo's followed by a wrestlers shoot (Left Lead)
25 - Jab/Cross/Jab combo's followed by a wrestlers shoot (Right Lead)

25 - Jab/Cross/Jab combo's followed by a wrestlers sprawl (Left Lead)
25 - Jab/Cross/Jab combo's followed by a wrestlers sprawl (Right Lead)

5 - Dumbbell Snatches Per Arm   
5 - Dumbbell Swings Per Arm
10 - Burpees
Rest 60 seconds and repeat 5 times
(Total 50 snatches ,50 swings, 50 burpees)

Treadmill

Set treadmill as steep as it will go.
Set speed as fast as you can run 8-9 maybe
30 on
30 off
Go as many sets as you can with out killing yourself.


Now it's time to crack open a few cold ones. :)

I'm still recovering from the 1st Train like a madman.

I like it.....I like it.....

By the way, my fingers are the only thing NOT sore on my body today, otherwise, I could not type this! :)
