This Idea is probably too large for this forum but here goes anyway.
being a total web idiot I haven't been able to find a site that covers the different state laws in relation to weapons carriage, and use of force.
1) This would be good info for students.
2) As many of use travel to different states/countries this info would help with packing/carriage/purchases.
3) Give some idea on our travels of what might be legitably encountered and what the bad guys may be stepping up to.

I found an interesting site that has all the CCW information about what different states require in addition to what permits other states accept. Not exactly what you were talking about, but i found it very informational nonetheless.
