Level 2 Req's "rolling"

Ok i been away for awhile, i been looking at my SDMS handbook..

Was wondering if you could give me any tips on doing the "roll's" with
your baton/ stick etc...?

I need to think this one out LOL im not as agile as i once was and
have pinched nerves in my neck...

No pain no gain, i know  ;D

Just go through the rolls slowly and carefully as you tuck the stick up either against your body or hold it out away from the body to avoid impaling yourself in any form. I advice keeping the stick away from the face. As you get more comfortable doing them it will be easier to perform at speed without any issue. When first starting out I have my students start on their knees and go through the rolls in a slow controlled fashion so there are no chances for injuries.
