   Hock,

       One question about that picture.  Is the copper colored tube at the top of the receiver the shell casing? If so the picture is suspect, the opening of the casing is not
"necked Down" or tapered nor is there a discoloration band at the point in the casing where it would be if the casing was deformed due to the blast. So either the picture was partially staged for effect or the the weapon malfunctioned due to the use of incorrect ammo.
      None of this negates the fact that the pistol will shoot through vests and a lot of other cover that would normally defeat handgun rounds.

As for this pistol being a cop-killer pistol?

  a) I think all pistols are cop-killer pistols too and should be regarded as such.
  b) I have not heard much stats on bullet-proof vest piercing.
