Scott Bolan is Andrew Scott?
I haven't seen him in six, seven or more years.
He did attend all of our early CQC Group Camps, but he is now expired from the active instructor lists as Andrews Scott or as this, this...Mack Bolan.
He became this martial and mental and sales master after all this?
Wonder why he changed his name?
That old "Survive the Street" webpage that "Andrew Scott" was on once, (Still?) was one of those "Intergalactic Close Combat Associations, (now defunct) instructor webpages where they want to use your name as a web draw to draw people to that web, so THAT previously, unknown webpage/owner guy can capitalize on your name to sell himself and some self defense products. I guess its still up in some form or manner?
These silly associations...they ask you to be on it, you are so flattered, and you think its just one more link to your fame and success, and meanwhile the organizer is selling the shit out of pepper spray, all thanks to adding your name to his search terms. Worse in this case, you have to be a registered member of his page and sign in for viewers just to see your listing as his "affiliate." He gets all the email addresses of all lookers, not you.
You've been chumped out for him. Your vanity. His profit. They are ...are...energy vampires!
When they call you for you to join these things...these associations? Ask them, "whats in this for them?" Why are they doing it. Can you guess his answers? Good. Because he is really trying to become famous on your name.
Anyway, I don't know about you but I am sick to death of all these cute, packaged, scripted form-letter, sales pitches, I smell them a mile away, I spot them a mile away and I am sick of them.
