Just a quick heads up on this...

Marc Halleck and I had a great theme, a great time and a packed room for last year's PAC/Filipino seminar in Libertyville, Il (north of Chicago) and we want to do another event this coming July, 2010

Way of the Knife, July 2010

   Marc Halleck - Filipino Knife
   Hock - Knife Combatives and knife ground fighting
   Snake Blocker - Apache Knife Fighting
   Lt. Col. Leland Belding - India Knife Fighting

Tentitve date July 8, 9, 10, 11, 2010!

(Marc is in the drivers seat on the exact date and will get back with us on that date's OK. Belding and Blocker have signed on to the date. Blocker will be back from Afghanistan by then. Me? I'm just hanging out and available.)

Snake is just getting back from Afghan in June, and is unsure what exactly he has to do and where he has to be to, at this point.

He knows he will be free for sure in July.

I was just going to ask when this was. Have to start planning vacations in January.

The Seminar listing page lists July 9, 10 & 11. When you go to the individual listing, the poster still shows last years June dates.

Saving the pennies and trying to get the gang from MI to come along for the ride.  Early feedback suggests we might bring 4-6 from here, have to wait and see.

Looking for a good time!

Hock, with 4 instructors, will there be any consistency/themes we'll walk away with?   Just wondered if it the variety might also be confusing for street-ready application?

Probably don't matter, cuz it'll be fun to train with all 4 of you!

Welllll....
Marc will do Filipino stuff and some skill drills.
You know Snake is pretty much going to do Apache Dueling and/or knife vs knife dueling
Belding will be a cultural thing...India knife fighting , some drills and scenarios.
I'll do stuff from the knife course and knife ground fighting.
