MCMAP "Far East" PT...
« on: April 03, 2005, 09:15:11 PM »

As GySgt. Pinson once told me and my buddy Adam, "We train a lil' bit harder over in the Far East"...

For an example of ingenuity and thrift, here's a workout that MSgt. Franklin had his folks on the Rock doing:

Side note about MSgt. Franklin... he is currently the SNCOIC (Senior Non Commissioned Officer In Charge) of the MACE in Quantico and an exceptional martial artist. He has also spent a great deal of time stationed in Okinawa: seven years total over two tours there.

I am not sure how much of this site will be viewable from a non-DOD computer system, but there is a lot of informative material regarding MCMAP to be found here: https://www.tbs.usmc.mil/Pages/New%20MA/default.htm
