why I am cool

It may comes as little or no surprise to the dear readers of this humble blog, that I continue to remain about as cool as one can be. I ride cool motorcycles, I own cool guns, I am excellent dancer ( should be on Dancing With the Stars, but that's another story for another time) have lead the fight against Land Manatees, etc.
But what has most recently elevated my "cool" status is my most recent purchase of a firearm. Not just any firearm mind you, but a replica lever action shotgun. Had some action work done on it before delivery, and, I know some of you who know me may not believe it, but I'm even cooler when I fire it.
I love the smell of gunpowder in the morning......
And no, Obama would not be cool if he owned one, either would Pelosi, and Harry Reid would probably end up shooting himself

Well I haven't been able to find one yet, but am still looking for one. The one I did find was way to expensive at that time. They are cool. But I do have a winchester trails end 44mag lever action and installed the firing ring. I can swing it almost as well as Chuck Connors and haven't cracked myself in the head. So can I still be considered cool. O I can rapid fire from the hip and then swing it around like the start of the Rifleman, just no music.

ps: I'm also looking for the winchester 44/40. Realy hard to find Put I love the Rifleman.Thats why I settled for the 44mag

You can find the shotgun on line for about 450. For a few extra dollars, you can have it reworked by Coyote Cap Gunworks. Their number is 507-685-4511. Or cap@coyotecap.com.
And now you can be cool too!
I just know Rawhide dreams about this at night. Lecer action shotgun, Dancing with the Stars, lever action shotgun, Dancing with the Stars............
