BJJ and Judo taught by masters

I took lessons tonight in BJJ and Judo from 2 real pros- bjj instructor is from Brazil and the Judo instructor taught the cubans judo for olymics- i cann not move- i am sore as hell-guess that is what happens when you are a old white wolf- but the lessons were tremendous. WW

It sounds as if you had fun and did some new things,That is what it is all about,always learning.

Jimh-yes learned some good basics on ground and when we did free time i got choked at least 3 tiimes-i kept thinking how to hurt him and sense i could not do anything illegal i just got taped out but it made me think a lot- both of these instructors have years of mat work both standup judo and on the ground-there also was a instructor of army combatatives who belongs to the school-he weighs in at 260 plus-it was like trying to move a mountain-tonight is my self defense class-lot different mental work here.
