All of the Docs are now recommending this one doc in the Seattle area. He tells me he can narrow it down to one of 4 things, bacteria imbalance, parasite, virus, or food allergy. With my luck I'll probably have all 4. Hopefully by the end of the year, things should start to get back on track. Or as usual, I could be completely wrong!
But on a positive note, I will have a Saint Arnold tonight when Harry Reid gets his ass kicked and booted out. Then with any luck, that egotistical witch Babs Boxer gets handed her ass and the wicked witch of the west Pelosi resigns.

I was getting better until a week or two ago, then I got new symptoms. Now I have shooting pains from my hip to my foot when I stand up for more than a few minutes. The chiropractor thinks there is something wrong in my lumbar vertebrae; my physical therapist hopes it is only my hip but that does not seem likely. I think I see an MRI coming soon...

I guess I will soon have to skip to level 11 of CQC training, the part where I defend myself with just my thoughts while hobbling around with a cane  ;). I read that John Travolta can now kill you with just his Scientology mind - he used to have to kill you with his acting LOL.

I am in for disk surgery Monday - a protrusion between the L4-L5 vertebrae is crushing a nerve to my left hip and leg. This is the pain that caused me to miss the seminar in Romeoville IL this fall, as I have trouble standing and walking more than a couple of minutes.

Thanks to modern medicine I should only miss 3 days of work, and I should feel less pain than I have in a decade. Then I need to get back to training and getting in shape - no excuses.  :)
