Pretty cool.  I like the application you have there, and the progression.  I thought you broke that dude's arm in half when you first bent it!  I flinched a little bit...

Me too- good vidio-second one was good also- I just got back from Hocks unarmed against a knife seminar in Talahoma tn- similar-blocks and pin-hiis stated from inside arm-ill go over yours again-WW

Set's him up for a lovely throw. I teach something similar without the bent arm, try : lock his arm out straight, big step back that puts him into a big clock-wise swing round into you, then turn into his swing giving him a clothes line across the windpipe with your left. Cation in practice as this is very dangerous at speed.

I'll have to film my stuff and post it. The problem is, I'm part technophobe and part Luddite..
