knife book and/or DVD
« on: February 10, 2011, 05:38:54 AM »

Does the DVD 1-3 augement the book?  Will i be able to follow along the infomation in the book by watching the same thing on the DVD? Santa coming late here this year and i am going to order both.   I am looking foward to the solo workout on my war post. This has been long time coming and i eagerly anticipate it.

Yes you can follow it.

But the book is done in chapter-by-chapter "book order" progression. By this very nature, the book progresses differently. Live training on DVDs and in seminars do not follow the book order. It just can't.

For example:
Stress quickdraws in the book is Chapter 7.
Stress quickdraws in the DVD series is the first DVD.

And regular, local classes can't follow the book order or the DVDs order. Local classes are full of many other things and they are important too.  There is review, exercise...a lot.

The Knife book is the core, real, center source of info.

Ok, thanks, I went ahead and ordered both, DVD and book. I will do the book chapter by chapter and use the dvd for clarification and for demonstration of points made in book.  Like you said, may have to hop around a bit to find the right parts, but its ok.  Cant wait!!      how bout an autograph??  ;D ;D
