We know the techniques are rehearsed, but what can be taken from these type of clips is the need for Immediate response to the attack.
We can not have lag time. As fast as the attack happens the response, some response, should be just as immediate, just as fast.

agree  JimH-now that i notice their is a chain of vidos here-from boxing to CQC of various styles-pretty soon one could go to Hocks Unarmed combatatives catagory and pick out a style to look at-seems good to me-i do reoloize some techniques are questionable but overall from the comments I have read there are good ones intermingles with some not too good-thats for the viewer to decide...... I am just  the messenger. ;D  WW

A question: Do the people in the videos know what techniques are actually workable and which may only work if all the stars align and their partner helps?

Noload- in this case the demo people may  have been combat vets (we do not know)-if we could interview them we could ask the question you brought up here-
In any event it appears that they are putting a  lot into the movements- good for training
troops- WW
