Vic- curious- what is the " 8 to Hate" consist of?
100-300 Baithek squats
25-50 neck bridges, forward and backward, followed by holding in place for 3 min.
50-100 full dands or divebomber pushups
10 variations of gladiator crunches, 10-20 reps per variation
6-12 wide grip pullups/chinups/close grip pullups/commando pullups
50 handgrip squeezes, forward and backward
stick rotations (inward/outward) for 1 min. each=alternative to handgrips
100-200 jump squats

Definitely. I know he's got another one that's tougher than 8 to Hate. No thanks. 8 to Hate is enough for me for now(LOL).

Well the 8 to hate is too much for me- would have to shrink each one a lot-then i would be able to do it-WW
