Looks like a blast! I'd like to add that and other cowboy action shooting events to my hobbies.

However, my wife has put her foot down with the proclamation of "No more new hobbies!" You know, if Momma isn't happy, ain't NOBODY happy! So, this will have to go on the back burner with my alligator wranglin' and the plethora of other things I'd like to try before I pass from this world to the next.

Looks cool to me though!

Well ya need a good horse that ain't gunshy (saddle rig etc). A horse trailer, a vehicle big enough to haul ol Trigger around, a western gun belt, expensive, cowboy six shooter and I think the ammo is pretty expensive, too

If I had all that? I'd buy me a new hat too.

Reminds me that I did some police training once were we wrapped a seat belt around us, hung half out the passenger seat of a sedan with a shotgun, and at various speeds shot empty paint cans off the top of fence posts.

That's something else I could do all day too.

Michelle bought me a new pistol grip shotgun for my birthday that I have yet to run some ammo through. This sounds like a great way to break it in. Thanks!

If I get the chance to do this next weekend, I'll put some pictures on FB for you.

All right boys, saddle up!

Here I thought the police were suppose to "respond" to a drive-by, not adopt the tactic.

Actually a friend of mine is a mounted shooting guy, and has a blast doing it.  If I thought i wouldn't fall of the dang horse and kill my stupid self Id go try it.  But the cowboy 3 gun stuff looks very promissing, but as Dawg said theres cheaper hobbies.

I'd like to learn to shoot a bow from a horse.
