Short Video On "Muscle Memory"
« on: June 12, 2011, 04:28:17 PM »

Thanks to Hock, I've been doing a lot of research on the brain lately. Today, while I was surfing around the 'net, I happened across this short video on muscle memory research. I thought some of you might find it interesting.

sig-interesting to say the least-the article below the vidio goes into detail-appreciate the info shown here-I have been experimenting and when showing a techique to a
student i want them after being shown the basic movement -i want them to think of the second movement while applyiig the first one-hopefully to pick up speed .
I.E.-attacker starts a roundhouse punch-
punch is blocked-other hand striking  face at same time
and student is thinking of the next movement (could be a knee thrown)
or throws the knee
this might be just called concentration......WW
