I have a friend in Redding, North California looking to take a self defense shooting course. Any ideas for that area regarding quaility instruction?

It's an 8 hour drive from Redding to the place I go, but they do offer a week-long amalgamation of their weekend courses once or twice a summer. The year I did the week long handgun course there were 4 or 5 guys from Hawaii there. Prices are pretty good, IMHO.
