Last night, new forum overhaul here

last night , we had a new overhaul and upgrade on the talk forum to stop and slow down SPAM, and solve a sfew other problems.

Some IPs were grouped blocked, mostly from Russia, China and the Ukraine but this groupings may still include regular folks. Let me know at
HocksCQC.com if you have been suddenlt blocked.

Meanwhile some other issues are still being worked on...
