Well, I already have some measurable progress in improving my squat.  Yesterday I hit 315 5 times, where three weeks ago I couldn't get 315 for 5.  I then added sixty pounds of chain and did a single finish off my squat workout.  All squats are done to parallel.

Grats!   Wish my knees could handle the full-body workouts.    When bionics  come out, I'll be right there with you!

Very nice Kentbob.

in your post on july 25 you said you could do 345.
Now you have done 315 for 5 and then approx. 375 adding the 60 pound chain,(though a changing weight as you move through the range of motion),so around a 30 pound jump in a short time is a nice result.
Keep up the hard training and Great Work.

I tested my squat last week, squatting down to a 12" inch box, until my butt touched the box.  I managed to hit 365 pounds for a single before I called it quits.  That's a 20 pound jump, and I may have been able to do more, but I felt that a 20 pound improvement was good enough.  I only used Westside Methods for my squat training, and it certainly did the trick.

Kentbob,
Great results in such a short time frame. Congrats and keep up the hard work; obviously it's paying off for you!

Frankly I expected better of you KB,  with these girly weights that you are lifting you should be ashamed of yourself.

Nice job
