True. If only people would realize that the West has a long rich progressive (and fairly well documented) martial heritage they'd stop getting excited over exotic methods.

Here's a nice little overview of various forms of Western mayhem.

WW ,
The techniques/moves he does work.
As said they have been around for decades as WWi-WWI Combatives and they have been around for centuries ,as techniques adapted from Samurai and Jujutsu.

Sadly what he is teaching dressed in Army Gear is not being taught in the Army,it is being taught by him to groups that will have him come and demonstrate his materials.

This same stuff is seen to a degree in combatives with knees, head butts, elbows and palm heels.
It is also seen in Paul Vunak materials from 20 years ago.
It is seen in Krav maga ,and Haganah.
It was seen in SCARS  and is seen in TFT.
it is seen in Stephen Hayes materials from 30 years ago.
It is seen in systems
Is seen in James Williams materials.

it is good doable basic stuff, renamed and repackaged, but it is not new nor is it military/police specific, though that is the hope of the seller of the training.

My opinion
