TLE:
in the freestyle knife drills it seems there are so many opportunities to attack other targets rather than focusing on the knife bearing limb, particularly on the ground. I just don't know if this type of training is really productive. Its fun, Iv'e done it many times, but I think it can reinforce bad habits. JMO
