Kentbob:
I just had a talk with someone in the gym last night about their deadlift.  His back looked like the McDonalds Arches.  I know that the deadlift is considered dangerous in certain circles, so you'd think that people would look up what is considered proper technique.  Although since he was basically doing a modified deadlift from the knees, he probably thought his form was fine.  It made my back hurt, however.

Dawg:
Great article with easy-to-follow instuctions to check your form for proper execution of the particular technique. I'll be sure to be watching for proper form in ALL my workouts for the next week...just to be sure I haven't got complacent in my training. I'll especially keep an eye on how I perform my Burpees; haven't done those in awhile, so they're getting added back to the program next week. GREAT tips! Thanks!

Canuk:
You also need to rememebr proper form, strict form can be relevant to experience, your fitness goals/sport goals and your training.
