they dont sell those "way down south in Dixie". but what i do have with me most times at work is an old model leatherman in a belt pouch. what makes this special is that i can grab it and flip  out the plier jaws one handed, makes a great close quarter inpact weapon if needed.

A couple of my friends suggested the Annhilator tool for an expedient weapon.  I don't know if you'd want to go with one or not, but it certainly looks like it could do the job.
